KAFDIA provides two official and reliable delivery options for all modest apparel orders (abayas, kaftans, maxi dresses, evening gowns, loungewear) across Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. We support secure Cash on Delivery (COD) service for local customers with a clear, standardized fee waiver policy.
All valid orders are processed within 24 working hours after order confirmation. Our logistics network covers all major cities, suburban areas, and remote towns throughout Saudi Arabia and the UAE, ensuring stable and efficient door-to-door delivery services.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Official Policy
COD is a convenient offline payment method exclusively available for Saudi Arabia and UAE local customers. All COD fees follow a unified threshold standard with no hidden charges.
Core COD Fee Rules
- Orders ≥99 SAR: 100% free of COD service fees, no extra charges upon delivery
- Orders <99 SAR: A fixed 35 SAR COD handling fee will be applied at checkout and paid upon parcel receipt
- Minimum COD Threshold: Orders with a subtotal below 75 SAR do not support COD payment and only accept online prepayment
COD Service Terms
- The total amount displayed on the checkout page (product amount + shipping fee + applicable COD fee) is the exact amount payable to the courier upon delivery.
- Only local cash is accepted for COD orders: SAR for Saudi Arabia deliveries, AED for UAE deliveries. No card payment, mobile transfer or foreign currency is supported.
- Our logistics team may verify your order via your registered local mobile number before dispatch to avoid invalid orders and delivery failures.
- Full order payment is required upon parcel receipt; partial payment or installment payment is not supported.
- Malicious and unreasonable repeated rejection of COD parcels will result in temporary suspension of your account’s COD payment eligibility.
3. Order Processing Rules
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 14:00 (Riyadh/Dubai local time) will be processed on the same working day; orders placed after 14:00 will be processed on the next working day.
- Working Day Definition: Friday and Saturday are non-working days in Saudi Arabia; only Friday is the weekly rest day in the UAE. All official national public holidays are excluded from working days and will extend processing and delivery time accordingly.
- Pre-order & Limited Items: Pre-sale, customized and seasonal limited-edition products have extended processing time, which will be clearly marked on each product detail page.
4. Delivery Coverage & Remote Area Rules
- Full Urban Coverage: All core cities including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and other mainstream urban areas.
- Remote Areas: For suburban towns, desert and mountain remote areas, the delivery cycle will be extended by 2–3 working days on the basis of the standard timeline, with no additional remote delivery surcharges.
5. Parcel Tracking & Delivery Notification
- Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, an SMS containing the tracking number and real-time tracking link will be automatically sent to your registered local mobile number.
- You can check the latest logistics status anytime via Account - My Orders on the official website.
- Express shipping provides exclusive pre-delivery phone confirmation service; standard shipping will send an SMS reminder before parcel delivery.
6. Failed Delivery & Redelivery Policy
- If you miss the first delivery attempt, the courier will provide a free second redelivery within 2 working days with no extra fees.
- If the second delivery attempt fails due to unreachable contact or recipient absence, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. For order cancellation after parcel return, the original outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- To reschedule delivery, reply to the courier’s notification SMS or contact our customer service with your order number for assistance.
7. Free Shipping Exclusions
Free shipping benefits apply only to regular retail modest apparel orders. The following order types are not eligible for free shipping:
- Flash sale discounted orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold
- Bulk wholesale and reseller large-quantity orders
- Orders with incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable addresses that cause repeated logistics adjustments
8. Shipping FAQs
Q1: Can I change my shipping method after placing an order?
You can upgrade from Standard Shipping to Express Shipping within 12 hours after order placement by contacting customer service, and you only need to pay the shipping fee difference. Downgrade of shipping method is not supported once the order enters warehouse processing.
Q2: When can I enjoy free COD service?
All orders with a subtotal of 99 SAR and above enjoy free COD handling fees. Orders below 99 SAR will be charged a fixed 35 SAR COD service fee. Orders below 75 SAR do not support COD payment.
Q3: Can I get compensation for delayed delivery?
If your express shipping order is delayed beyond the official maximum delivery time due to our logistics errors, you can contact customer service to apply for exclusive store coupons as compensation. Delays caused by national holidays, extreme weather, incorrect customer addresses or force majeure are not eligible for compensation.
Q4: Can I modify the delivery address after the order is shipped?
Address modification is only available before the parcel is dispatched from the warehouse. Once shipped, no address changes can be made to avoid delivery failure and return losses.
