This Return & Refund Policy applies to all apparel orders placed on KAFDIA for customers located in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Our return and refund rules fully follow standardized Middle East e-commerce logistics and after-sales specifications, including free first return shipping per order and exclusive COD refund rules.

We support returns for most unworn, unwashed, and intact merchandise within the valid return window. All returns are processed through our official local logistics partners to ensure safe and efficient after-sales service.

2. Return Shipping Standard Rules

KAFDIA adopts the unified Middle East after-sales return shipping standard:

• One Order, One Free Return: Each valid order enjoys one free official courier pick-up return service. No return shipping fee will be charged for the first return application of the order.
• If you need to return goods from the same order multiple times, the second and each subsequent return will incur a standard return shipping fee, which will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.
• Self-mail return is not supported. All returns must use our official designated local logistics pick-up service to qualify for free return benefits and valid refund processing.
• Original outbound shipping fees and COD handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Exclusive COD Refund Policy

In line with mainstream Middle East cross-border e-commerce COD after-sales regulations, we implement fixed refund rules for all Cash on Delivery orders:

• No direct cash refund, no bank transfer refund for any COD orders.
• All successful COD returns will be converted into KAFDIA electronic gift card balance, which can be used for full deduction for any products on the website with no minimum consumption limit.
• Gift card credits are permanently valid, non-transferable, and non-cashable.
• If the return is caused by our product quality error, we still follow the COD gift card refund rule, and we will give additional exclusive discount coupons as compensation.

The following categories are excluded from return and exchange due to hygiene, customization and sales rules:

• Lingerie, undergarments, loungewear inner wear, swimwear
• Customized, personalized and specially tailored products
• Clearance, final sale, flash sale special-price items marked “Non-Returnable”
• Free gifts, promotional accessories and bundled giveaway items

5. Return Application Process

1. Submit Return Request: Log in to your KAFDIA account, enter "My Orders", select the completed order, and submit a return application with a clear reason and product pictures.
2. System Review: Our customer service team will review your application within 1–2 working days and send an official return label and pick-up arrangement notification.
3. Package Pick-up: Wait for the official courier to pick up the package at your designated address. The first return of the order enjoys free pick-up and free return shipping.
4. Warehouse Inspection & Refund: After the warehouse receives and verifies that the items meet the return conditions, we will issue the original payment refund or gift card credit within the specified time.

6. Special Situation Rules

• Defective / Wrong Item: If you receive defective products, wrong styles or wrong sizes, please contact customer service within 48 hours after delivery. We will bear the full return cost and provide after-sales solutions such as refund or re-delivery.
• Unsuccessful Pick-up: If the courier fails to pick up the return package due to your personal reasons, the free return quota of the order will be automatically invalidated.
• Abnormal Return Behavior: Malicious bulk returns, repeated unreasonable returns, or fake return applications will result in restricted after-sales permissions and account risk control.
